Positions Available

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred).
Prior experience in sales is an advantage, especially in solar, construction, or related fields.
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Outspoken and confident in engaging new people and building rapport quickly.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Proactively identify and engage potential customers (homeowners, businesses, property managers).
Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to explain solar solutions, benefits, and financial returns
Prepare quotations and proposals with the support of the technical team.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Attend site visits, exhibitions, and events to promote solar awareness and company services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report sales activities and customer feedback to management regularly.
